Every account requires an affirmative researcher certification at registration, and every order requires a separate research-use acknowledgement before payment can be submitted, in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse of the rewards or referral program, or if we are unable to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Products, Pricing & Availability Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any product will remain available or that pricing shown at any given time will be honored for future orders. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, whether or not it has been confirmed. Certificates of Analysis (COAs), where provided, document third-party lab testing for the specific lot referenced and are provided for informational and quality-control purposes only. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or a failure to meet the eligibility requirements above. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Shipping & Delivery Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which describes shipping methods, our same-day/next-business-day shipping guarantee, and risk of loss once an order is handed to the carrier. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which describes the return window, authorization process, and how damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments are handled. Promotions, Rewards Points & Referral Program From time to time we may offer promotional codes, a welcome discount, bulk-purchase discounts, and a rewards points and referral program, each subject to the specific terms displayed at checkout or in your account. In general: Rewards points are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for a discount on a future order, at the rate displayed in your account. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are forfeited if your account is closed, found to be fraudulent, or found to be in violation of these Terms. The referral program allows an existing account to share a unique referral link; a new account that registers through that link may receive a one-time signup discount and bonus points on its first order, and the referring account may earn bonus points on purchases made by the referred account, at the rates displayed in your account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, the rewards program, or the referral program, or to adjust any account's points balance, at any time, including to correct an error or address suspected abuse. Promotional codes (including any welcome discount) are limited to one redemption per account and may not be combined with other codes unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to void any order or points/discount obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Prohibited Conduct In addition to the research-use restrictions above, you agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the Site; (c) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site other than through publicly supported interfaces; (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; (e) misrepresent your identity, age, or researcher status; or (f) abuse the rewards, referral, or promotional systems, including through fraudulent orders, fake accounts, or self-referral. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and Certificates of Analysis — is owned by All-Access Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to place an order for your own research use.
